At GolfStar Direct, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your new equipment or apparel doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and golf clubs are securely wrapped to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your package, removing any old shipping marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund within 5-7 business days of receiving the items.
